  • Cleaning Fees per booking are $100 for Efficiency/Studio & $125 for 1-Bedroom Apartment

  • Additional persons may include additional charges
  • Rates Include One FREE PARKING Space Per Unit
  • All units are Non-Smoking. Smoking is only permitted outside in the back garden area.

  • Minimum stay is 5 nights. Please inquire about monthly rates for 1 month or longer
